Founder & Director
Mission Title: Celestial Discovery
Special Ability: Brainstorming and creativity.
Simon pilots Adlevate with vision, creativity, and hyperdrive energy. As Founder and Director, he leads sales, shapes client strategies, and oversees key accounts – always searching for ideas that are as unique as the businesses behind them, and treating every marketing dollar like it’s his own.
With a background spanning advertising sales, media buying, and agency life, Simon’s superpower is spotting unusual angles and developing the big ideas campaigns are built around. His daily mission is refining messaging – making small adjustments that, over time, create giant leaps in results. Fuelled by caffeine, exercise, and Spotify, he blends the agility of a sleek starfighter with the steady momentum of a cargo freighter.
Outside Adlevate, Simon indulges his love of rom-coms, Harry Potter, and photography, still working with Youth Off the Streets whenever he can. His guiding belief is simple: copy-and-paste strategies don’t work – every client deserves a marketing approach as individual as they are.

Account Manager & Systems Superintendent
Mission Title: Mission Control
Special Ability: Keeping starships (and projects) running smoothly.
Jo keeps Adlevate campaigns on course and ensures the client starship moves forward without a hitch. As Account Manager and Systems Superintendent, she monitors timelines, tracks deliverables, and keeps everything aligned. She makes sure every project hits all its important milestones before reaching its destination, no matter what asteroids appear along the way.
With a background in logistics, freight, and inventory management, Jo’s superpower is executing complex plans with precision and care. Her daily mission? Adlevate with cosmic power and monitoring the fine details, ensuring that small steps turn into giant leaps.She’s like a meteor, always moving toward epic results with unstoppable force, fuelled by playlists and matcha to sustain long missions.
Outside of work, she rides her Harley Davidson and tends her garden, batting off bugs with the ferocity she shows processes. Her guiding marketing maxim? Details matter – “good enough” is never good enough.

Facebook Ads Ninja
Mission Title: The Data-Driven Creative
Special Ability: Where strategy meets imagination.
Imee brings precision, creativity, and focus to Adlevate paid campaigns. As our Facebook Ads Ninja, she creates and optimises Facebook ads, writes captions, and works closely with clients to ensure every campaign lands exactly where it should – visually, strategically, and performance-wise.
With a background in customer service, Imee thrives at the intersection of data and communication. Her superpower is her careful eye for detail, constantly monitoring campaigns, analysing performance, and making small refinements that turn into major wins. Patient in Adlevate and fast at launch, she’s best described as a sparkly meteor on a mission – delivering the perfect ad to the perfect audience – and only stopping to refuel with coffee.
When she’s not navigating the digital galaxy, Imee is coffee-shop hopping or indulging her passion for interior design, currently obsessing over styling her new home. Her marketing mantra? Testing beats guessing – every single time.
CHARLOTTE
Director of Client Calm
Mission Title: Star Chaser
Special Ability: Keeping things on track with cosmic intuition
Charlotte is the calm at the centre of Adlevate client universe. As Director of Client Calm, she manages accounts, coordinates campaigns, and ensures clients and team members alike feel supported, informed, and confident as projects move forward.
Before joining Adlevate, Charlotte worked as a full-time copywriter – a background that sharpened her instinct for uncovering the story beneath the strategy. Her superpower lies in translating ideas, intentions, and moving parts into clear direction, quietly nudging campaigns along so small actions turn into meaningful progress. Fuelled by coffee and a heavy-metal soundtrack, she thrives in what she calls controlled chaos.She’s like a nimble starcruiser – responsive, intuitive, and built to manage multiple missions at once.
Outside of work, Charlotte is always writing, with additionalside quests ranging from Latin language to crocheting.Her guiding belief in marketing is simple: lead with hope, not fear – messaging that uplifts will always travel further.

Web Developer

Special Ability: Pixel-perfect execution: from complexity to high-performance.
Yashika is the architect of Adlevate web galaxy, building and maintaining websites that are smooth, user-friendly, and launch-ready. As Web Developer, she turns ideas and designs into structured, intuitive pages that support client strategies and drive results.
Before joining Adlevate, Yashika honed her craft building and managing websites for agencies and service-based businesses across WordPress, Silverstripe, Wix, and Squarespace. Her superpower is transforming complex concepts into flawless, intuitive websites. Fuelled by coffee, tidy checklists, and a focused playlist, she works with a steady cruise and bursts of hyperdrive when deadlines demand it. She’s like a reliable exploration vessel – agile, precise, and built to navigate multiple missions at once.
Outside of work, she explores new design trends and tools and finds joy in tidying layouts and polishing small details. Her cosmic marketing creed? A beautiful website is nothing without clarity – clarity, structure and usability always triumph.
